I arrived in the United States in 1986 from Colombia. I found, upon first impressions, that the people here lived a lifestyle of constant motion. Always on the go, seldom did it seem that people would take the time to appreciate life and themselves. Over the years, I found myself in a similar motion of life. I lived at that same speed with which life takes in this country and it became a great excuse to neglect my own self-care. To allow ourselves to not take more pride in ourselves and our appearance. It happens with many of us in life. Comfort over style, because style and beauty require effort, and who has time for that?
At a critical stage in my life I decided to make a change and find a way to learn simple and economical ways to improve my personal presentation. Now, I embark on a new adventure in which my dream is finally taking shape. My dream is to help educate those who wish to better themselves not only with their appearance but with art and cultures throughout the world.
